Mail server

Hai friends
we had configured one mail server in our local place. the problem some domain not received mail properly. they bounced.
for example

The number of failures for the enquiry mail from admin@example.com is more.

The enquiry mail send from admin@example.com fails, but when we forward some of the enquiry mails from our email id the mail is delivered.

We are receiving mails from the client but when we reply to him it bounces. I have attached a sample mails for both the cases.

we update any DNS records.

Regarding this please advise me.

thanks

You should post the content from the log files that is specific to this issue.
