Mail server
 

Is there a website that will walk me through step by step for maing a my mail server
1. run locally (on my network) (Server name say is "Lucky")
2. remotely (when I move the server to my co-location facility)
when I can use it as a domain (domain name say is "mydomain.com")

I need both to see if its working.
if not, preferably the remote section then.

I really don't cre if it's postfix, sendmail, etc, just as long as I can get mai with a standard mail prog(Outlook, Eudora, etc)

I also prefer a simple mailserver so the login would be:
username : bob, mike, not bob@domain.com, etc.
