mail, sendmail, postfix problems
 
OK I a little while back had everything going fine with sendmail installed to manage mail for local users on my Linux box. A friend later tells me that postfix is bad and can be hacked (of course i'm not sure about this but I trust him so I tried postfix, like he said). I removed sendmail which I don't think ever completely removed and installed postfix.

Well I don't know whether it's me but I can't delete messages and each time users check their inboxes it's full.

It's saying it's new each time. I've tried removing it and reinstalling it but the problem still remains.

I don't have it setup for anything special, just a simple mail system for a few users on the local computer.

Can someone help me out?
