Mail and some services unavailable

My name is Sharan. WE have squid server in our office. Problem is one system cannot access mail through lan but if he connects through wi-fi it connects.In all other systems mail is working fine without wi-fi. Pls help.

Check the blacklisted ports on the firewall on the ethX interface.
