Madwifi & ath_pci module trouble.

Allright! First of all: Hello!(My first post:)
OK, here's the story.
Currently I'm running VectorLinux(Slackware based).
I've got a brand new PCI WLAN(D-Link DWL-G520) card in my computer, but I haven't really figured out how to make it work. I thought that the madwifi driver was included, and it really looks like its have been installed:

Code:

slapt-get --search madwifi
madwifi 20050216-i586-4vl5 [inst=no]: madwifi package
madwifi 20050707_2.6.12-i486-1 [inst=yes]:

But when i try to do a modprobe ath_pci I get this error:

Code:

# modprobe ath_pci
FATAL: Module ath_pci not found.

I think thats quite weird, what about you guys?

And when I try to install it with slapt-get I get this message:
Code:

slapt-get --install  madwifi
Reading Package Lists... Done
madwifi is up to date.
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.

Done

I really can't figure this out...
Smart solution anyone?

And a guy told me that miss the sourcecode for the kernel, and that I have to get it, but HOW?
I have tried slapt-get -search kernel-src, but I don't find anything. Are the missing sourcecode making my trouble?

Thanks in advance,
.:JoReK:.
