Madnrake 9.2 apache issues

OK i'll try to explain the best i can..

I installed mandrake 9.2 np
I setup the apache 2.47 normaly like i did with mandrake 9.1
i setup the php.ini normaly also

for some reason or with php and logon pages it won't work

what i mean is i use scripts that i had before on 9.1 like phplive support and that

the logon page keeps looping itself i'll enter the information and press send it just goes back to the logon page along with every other php script that requires a username and password i dunno whats going on
