Macbuntu Live DVD

Hi all,

I have just downloaded Macbuntu Live DVD, burnt the ISO, booted up, and all starts fine until I get to the User login and Password. I don't know what to enter here - am I missing something?

Searched the web all over but I can't find the login and password details for this live distro dvd. I don't want to install it just yet - I just want to play with it first. ;-)

I look forward to hearing from you guys.

I think a lot of them have you just login as root with a blank password.

Odd. It doesn't seem to show up. Usually default password macbuntu would find it.

Might try simply enter on it. macbuntu macbuntu.

Try the disk on another computer maybe. It may be some oddity.

I have never seen a password on any of the macbuntu's I have tried.

Thanks for your efforts guys. I'm afraid everything I tried would not work and I could not log in to the Live DVD. Never mind. I installed the Macbuntu (Transformation Pack) into my existing Ubuntu 10.10 installation instead and it worked fine. Thanks and Enjoy your Christmas. :-)

Good gosh gwally dwam, do you know just how stoopud these dumnmby answers were ?

I jsut fwugugugng hate it whenver google dumps me ingto some ancient fgwuckup response from retwardud kids like you.

Fwukcur, if you don't know the answer, then don't guffung guess at it cause it just pollutes the same world you wildle self appointed fwagguts seem so intent to change with your stupid little hard to use and indecipherable penguin operating system.

The delicious irony, you little cwowock smokurs worship a bird too fat to fly off the ground and too dumb to move out of the coldest place on earth,,,, just like you little rewtards living in your parents basement and criticizing the rest of the world.

The answer to this guys question is a simple one, a well known LINUX one, a method that if any of lwiddle fwuggers like jefro the fwaggut, and you the modufugguun mlang or whatuever the fwug your name is would know if you actually used the dumb dwamn bird OS you claim to know so much about.

The original poster, coiuldn't set the password cause it isn't set yet on LIVE build, didn't you know that ? Of course you didn't because you guys who even claim to even use any UNIX or Linux derivative are worse than teen sex.... you're all talking about, but no ones really doing it.

After you install the LIVE distro, you gotta set the password, and i'M EVEN gonna teach the tutu crowd that polluted this thread how to do it, free of charge and just as free as the seminole gift I left their mothers so long ago but regret as of this moment:

sudo passwd root
and then you type the fwugger in and press enter, some builds, you gotta confirm it

And that was for the rest of the unfortunate that landed here looking for the answer, but my personal message for the jetforNigwer and mlanemcwunt.... go fwug yurswelves, you dwum cutns.
