LVM label gone

Dear friends..
I am using Red Hat 6. I was trying to set quota for different users. So I added
"LABEL=/home /home ext3 defaults,usrquota 1 2"
above line to my /etc/fstab file. After that I restarted my system and it could not reboot. It is now iving message me to repair filesystem. Then I came to that I was using lvm and my lvm label has gone. Now please tell me what to do?

LVM has nothing to do with networking. moved to Linux - Newbie.
