Lotus in Linux
 
Hi there,

I would like to configure Lotus Notes in Linux to take out e-mail from server.

I've seen evolution but has I can Know it dosen't have a protocol to work with Notes.

Is there any other software for linux to work with notes ?

The IBM stuff is RHEL or SUSE though - don't know if there is source for these.

In the repos for ubuntu:

OpenOffice handles a lot of lotus format stuff... and libmeanwhile is a library that provides the basic Lotus Sametime Community Client session functionality along with the core services; Presence, Messaging, and Conferencing.

Also: gnumeric can import Lotus 123.

(And TORCS includes a Lotus GT1 :) )

Try Lotus Notes/Domino version 8
 
For anyone who may not already know:

Notes 8 runs on Windows and Linux natively.

If has been re-engineered to use eclipse which has made it more portable.
