Lost Webmin Installation

Webmin is installed on the Gentoo server that I am learning to administer. I do not have the password, but I am root. I found that webmin contains a script for changing the password. However, I cannot find the installation. It is not at # /usr/share/webmin/ I have tried using find with no luck.

Please help.

Ask the system administrator for the password.

1) You'll need the current password to gain permission to change it.

2) How did you become root without the password?

Thank you very much for the help. I found that I was not using the find command properly ( I am an absolute beginner after all!). When I finally managed:

gentoo / # find -name webmin

I got a list that included: ./usr/libexec/webmin

Now knowing the directory, I tried:

# /usr/libexec/webmin/ /etc/webmin admin newpassword

that I found here: http://www.enterprisenetworkingplane...0954_3550291_2

An error message told me the only user was "root" so using the same command I changed the password.
