lost Kmenu and taskbar from opensuse 10.3 desktop.

Hi, I am new to linux and by some means my Kmenu and taskbar have disaapeared from by desktop.whenever I minimize any window it just seems to dissappear. can you please suggest any ways to bring it back??

also can you tell me the procedure to install to install tarballs and the softwares required for it.

Alt-F2 -> Run command -> kicker
