Angry Lost Grub

I just had to do it.... I had my PC dual booting Winoze 98 and Linux RH. I then upgraded Windoze 98 to 98se. Now I lost grub and cannot select between the Os's how do I get it back.

I was reading the forums but I am not 100% sure what to do.
Seeing I doofed it already I will await the answer
Thanks

Boot using a Linux rescue disk (CD or Floppy), your install media should be able to act as such, then run "grub" as root.

this command will work
"grub-install /dev/hd?"
e.g
when your harddrive is primary master
"grub-install /dev/hda" and grub will be on MBR
