Losing wireless connection after switching back to Vista OS

I have Ubuntu 10.10 installed. I am very new to Linux. I am having a problem connecting to wireless network when I reboot to Vista OS. When I am using Ubuntu, it works fine. I have to plug in the LAN cable in order to connect to internet. When I try to connect to wireless network, I don't see any networks at all. My WiFi switch is ON. I keep switching back and forth between Vista OS and Linux. But, this is first time I am having this problem.
Please guide

Thanks
Narendra
