I'm happy to have discovered that it is available as a free download. Maybe should make a thread to draw people's attention.

I like your signature, "Love at first boot - That's Unix!" because that it just about exactly what happened to me when, as computing newbee, I was asked to manage a new implementation in my office, and it became my new career. Unix books were rare in London in those days, but at least the box came with a full shelfload of ring-bound documentation, of which the man pages were only two volumes.
