Looking for the command line to do something with (KDE5) systemsettings5

I have two monitors on my system, I play a game that is a ... hmmm... P.I.T.A. for me with two monitors. I can use the GUI application itself to use only one monitor, but....

Is there a master command-line guru who can tell me the command-line to do it automagically with a shell script.

i.e.
{
1: kill a monitor for the system
2: run the game
3: reactivate the previously killed monitor.
}

It sound simple, but I have no idea how to do this.

Please help....

Thank you for your time, and have a good day!

A quick google returned this but not sure it will be of help. I only have a single, large monitor so have never had to do anything like what you are describing.

Might have to dig around on that site - there is more there than what I linked to.

Man... I read through the page..... and my BRAIN HURTS!!!!!

Maybe it isn't a KDE-only thing, it's just that I use KDE and the GUI is sooooo easy, for me.
I know it is related to xorg.....

still looking, though.....
