Looking for PDF of Marcel Gagne's book on Linux

Seems there are PDF copies of every computer book ever printed. Does anyone have a copy or know of a link to Gagne's book "Moving to Linux, Say Goodbye to the Blue Screen of Death"? Thanks.

Not to be flip or anything, but I believe this book is still not 'free'. So, it's probably not right for you to ask for a PDF version of it on this forum.
