Looking for KDE programs instructions

I have Mepis v6.502 with KDE 3.5. Is there a site that explains how to use the various programs that are installed? I wanted to backup my entire installation using Keep but I can't figure out how it works. Thanks.

The best way to learn any application is to run it. Browse thru the various menus and try things, look at the built-in help files, etc. is a good resource
Also, the web sites for the individual projects......Here is the home page for Keep (found using Google):
