Question Looking for help on IMAP and SMTP


Hi

I am newbie in Linux, I am using red hate linux 7.2...Ths PC is used by some lese before. The sendmail mail server is here....But by which command i can be sure the IMAP or SMTP server is configured or not in this PC?


PLs help me anybody.....

As root, try something like "rpm -qg "System Environment/Daemons"" (w/o outer quotes) or "rpm -qa | egrep -ie "(mail|imap)""?
