Looking for graphic driver.

My newbuilt machine would not work with any of the many distros that came
on linux magazine (but fine on Windows 2000!) until the mag included a
dvd with slackware. It does now work quite well but I don't thonk I am
getting the full benefit of th inbuilt GeForce 7050M-M graphics and the
dual-core AMD cpu. Where can I get a proper driver for that GeForce?

Yep the most recent nVidia Linux driver says that it supports the 7050. And just in case you need a guide for installing it in Slackware. .
