looking for a convrsion program!!!

I'm looking for a program to convert avi audio from it's original language to english! Is there such a program? I've been searching and can find nothing.

Pardon me? You mean translating recorded speech from one language to another? You'd need advanced speech-recognition and language-translation software to even attempt it. And it would take yet another speech-synthesizing program to convert it back into a usable audio track. Computers aren't quite at that Star Trek level of sophistication yet.

I think some avi's can have a second audio track. In totem it's sound-language. And I guess it's similar in vlc and mplayer. Of course, if there is no second language track... there is no magic program with real-time translation gnomes that can do anything like that.
