Login Screens: Windows XP style greeting screen

Does anyone have the one that resembles WIndows XP, with the overall color in blue, and It has the play button on the bottom of the screen, with Reboot and Shut Down as different buttons? It also lists the languages as a separate button. It basically looks like the default RedHat login screen, but in a Windows XP theme. Can anyone tell me where I can download it?

art.gnome.org has a loat of GDM (gnome greeter) interfaces, and kde-look.org has tons for KDM among many other things. These two sites are defnitely the first places you want to look. You could also make your own. The graphical logic screen is just a bunch of images and some numbers for placement, and could be fairly easy to edit.
