I had installed rhel 6.0 on VMware. It was working fine initially. for the past 2 months I was not using it and now I am not able to login with my user id password. My id and pwd is correct. It does not show login failed.....but a popup window comes with error message
"id command not found
id command not found
check command not found
tty command not found
tput command not found
dircolors command not found
LS_COLORS command not found"
I am new to linux...............pls give some suggestions

It seems like a disk/datastore was lost that supports the system. Are you familiar with VMware enough to browse datastores to verify all the disks still exist?
