logging on shell..
 
Is there way watch it like a live screen of operations being done by others in shell or even prioccess it's doing auto refresh and so on?

You can use the ps and top commands - see their man pages for full usage and options. If you want to query a particular user you could try using finger.

the command to look which processes are runing, zombie, stopped and sleeping is "top"
there is more information about swam, cpu usage etc.
