Logging into Mandrake 9.2 from terminal

I have Mandrake 9.2 installed, however when it boots up rather than going into a KDE GUI desktop. It goes to a terminal promting me to enter my username and password.

When I enter this it still has the terminal window open.

What command will start the KDE desktop environment up?
