Logging into cups crashes it hard

Basically everytime I log into cups (as any user, even root) to modify the administration panel it stopd working and cannot be restarted, stoped, or started though /etc/rc.d/cupsd because it only ever says "failed and busy"
So im like ok lets force remove the package and re-install fresh... Well It works (only to access the 127.0.0.1:631) but if i even try to modify the /etc/cups/cupsd.conf or any settings it will stop working and can't connect to server or restart cupsd or even kill the proccess.

Just to be super duper sure I started kde manually through xserver (and enlightenment) as root (yes I loged in my envirnment as root) and guess what, cups still crashes when making changes to anything. (I have all of the packes required and more "from the Arch-Wiki" and have the latest Arch).

Im going insane that my wonderfull Archbox cant handle cups while ubuntu can just fine...

Thank you (is there some way to delete a post if I happen to post in the wrong place?)
