log and drop in one rule

two interface cards eth0 and eth1, eth1 is connected to the private network and eth0 is connected to the Internet.
what will be the rules for dropping and logging all spoofed packets from private network?

it should go lie this:

start rule chain --> define inbound rules-->define outbound rules-->drop all remaining.

now you could start with this logic.. other members may also have some good things to share, so you may wait too.
