Post Lock Shutdown and other related options when lock screen.

Hello.
Can I lock Shutdown and other related options like "Reboot", "Hibernate" and...when I use "Lock Screen" ? I don't like anyone can shutdown my system when I my account is locked.

Thank you.

Sorry, I only have some Xfce hacks.
Short glance through some google.fu suggests polkit solution?

IDK if Debian 8.6 / MATE has a polkit package and if so, is it installed, and if so...
https://wiki.debian.org/Mate seems like where I might start.

I guess it exist and installed by default:
Code:
The mate-polkit package provides a D-Bus session bus service that is used to
bring up authentication dialogs used for obtaining privileges.

This package contains the MATE policy kit authentication agent.
