"Lock Screen" in Gnome not working

I know there have been other posts here about this subject, and I've tried some of their stuff. But it's not working yet.

I'm NOT a root user. I have my screensaver set to kick in at 5 minutes, and it works. But I can't get the 'Lock Screen' to work.
