localhost/phpmyadmin not working
 

I need to install LAMP on SLES 11 and have the ISO as well.
mysq - good and okay
apache - good and okay
localhost - it works
localhost/file/php - it works
but localhost/phpMyAdmin gives the "phpmyadmin" error for mysqli extension missing.
the phpmyadmin folder is in /srv/www/htdocs
I went to YAST and found the package mysqli and installed it.
rebooted and restarrted the mysqli and apache as well bu no success. Still the same issue.

HELP!!! Ask me questions to resolve this.

It worked. Must have been something unknown which was causing the problem.
