localhost.localdomain
whenever i log into gnome, i get this message saying localhost.localdomain blah is not right, saying if i put in localhost.localdomain in /etc/hosts it will function but this is what my /etc/hosts says
# Do not remove the following line, or various programs # that require network functionality will fail. localhost.localdomain ???? how do i get rid of that also when i start up linux, i get this message bringing up eth0, and then it tells me it failed and it cant get the ip. ugh any help would be great |
the line should say
