Local website optimization Analyzer?

I loved analyze.websiteoptimization.com/ website which does having good analyzing capability for Generating reports for slow running Web Servers.
But unluckily it doesn't run on Local intranet.
Is there any tool for the same?

If the server is running on the local machine, all responses would be nearly instantaneous, as there is no network overhead. Tools like that website analyzer simply measure how much data is being transferred on a page load versus the bandwidth available to the server, and suggest ways to reduce it (such as higher compression). Those measurements would not work on a local server.
