Hi,

Welcome to LQ!

I'll use my magic wand & crystal ball to solve this issue for you.

But wait, the Mods and jeremy have restricted such use. Oh well then you will need to provide more information about your situation. The attachment is rather hard to view. Looks like a filesystem problem. What was happening at the time of the error?

try to add

irqpoll
at the boot option

Seems to me there is a problem with the NTFS partition
As a last resort, try to reformat the partition.
