Exclamation Loading during boot up problem

I recently dual booted vista and ubuntu. When I boot into ubunto everything works fine up until Loading Hardware Drivers.
Here it just keeps loading and loading and never does anything else

Thank you for your help

P.S. When it says Loading Hardware Drivers its in rescue mode.
When I boot into the normal option the loading bar stops at 50%.

Check last entries in /var/log/syslog for errors.
Report them here if you can't manage them by yourself.
