Unhappy loading drivers on RH9

I have a Asus p4c800e-deluxe (intel 875 chipset) with gigabit down. I have the gigabit drivers but I don't know how to install them.

Check the README or INSTALL file of your drivers and see whether they have specific instructions.
Gigabit ethernet controllers need you to compile the kernel modules.
Read instructions to find whether you need to do the usual
./configure, make and make install or not to compile and load the module.
