Load Drivers from CD

Just built a new system, trying ubuntu 11.04, got everything running but I cant figure out how to load drivers from disc. need help Thanks

You can install packages from the CD using synaptic. Here is the link that will help you out:

Look at the section which explains how to install "Third Party" packages.

It might help if you told us what the drivers were for. Are you sure you need them? The kernel comes with plenty of drivers, so it's possible that the correct driver for your hardware has been loaded. Are you even sure that the drivers provided are for Linux? Manufacturers CDs usually come with Windows drivers..
