LiveCD(any 32bit distro) won't initialize on 64bit machine

Hi all,

I know there are some specific details that I am missing but...I have tried Ubuntu and PCLinuxOS 2007 32bit versions which say on their websites that they are supposed to work on either 32/64bit systems, but even the LiveCD's won't initialize. If I use a 64bit version of Debian or OpenSUSE they work fine. Is there something I am missing here?

Did you run a media check ?
Because it is true 32 bits version should work on 64 bits box
