Live CDs and wireless cards

I know that Live CDs usually have problems recognizing wireless cards, but can anyone tell me if there are any live CDs that are known to work with wireless cards?

I have a working Ubuntu installation with GNOME (love it) but I'd like to try a few others in order to test out some software on different distros and desktops.

Thanks

I would suggest that you look at 'The LiveCD List'. I like 'KNOPPIX' and find that it configures fair with the '5.3' DVD version.

These links and others can be found at 'Slackware-Links'. More than just SlackwareŽ links!

It really depends on your wireless card, there are a lot of chipsets that are instantly detected by any recent distribution, some that take a little bit of work and some that are a total pain.
