Question Live CD with proprietary drivers?

Is there any linux live cd (or dvd) that comes with proprietary drivers, so it just detects the hardware and *works* without modification?

I've tried Knoppix 6.2, Linux Mint 9, OpenSUSE 11.2, PCLinuxOS 2010 and Sabayon Linux 5.3 - and every one of them had hardware issues that could only be resolved by installing to a hard drive, finding, downloading and installing proprietary drivers and usually messing about with configuration files.

I'm not talking bleeding-edge hardware here: Pentium 4 cpu, Nvidia 9800GT graphics, dual monitors, and Wacom graphics tablet.

I understand that some people have philosophical issues with proprietary drivers, but I'm more concerned with getting something that works out of the box.

Give Mandriva One a try.
