live cd with minimal feature

I mostly use live CD in VMWare Player in Winodws 7. Presently I am using Granula Linux.

Can anyone suggest me a live distribution with minimal features (for developer oriented like g++ compiler, vi editor(color highlighting, etc).

I need minimal GUI features.

thank u

There is another solution...

What you may find more satisfactory is to use the ability for linux to be modified as to what content is included in a live-cd. For the linux I use, it is this, but there are other choices. Google.

Might make your own live cd. Puppy and knoppix allow one to remaster every easily.

Look up what's on cd's at distrowatch maybe.
