Linux Zoo question


Hello Everyone

First time here. I do need help with this question

Copy the files /etc/group and /etc/vimrc into your misc directory.

Welcome to LQ.

While there's no problem posting questions about learning sites or homework, your fellow members are here to help you complete your learning, as opposed to just telling you an answer.

Therefore, what command do you think you would use to copy files?

The question even mentions the tool you should use. If you don't know how to use this tool, either go back to your learning material or try the tool's manual page.

It would be easy to give you the answer, but you would most probably get stuck at the next question again. You need to figure this out yourself; at least, you need to try and tell us how far you got, as rmistler suggests.
