Smile Linux Training (redhat)

The IT org that I work for needs to get 2-3 individuals trained in Linux. However, the budget is very limited. Does anyone know of any quality linux training for organizations with no or limited budgets?

I don't know where you live but for instance where I live in Costa Rica there a lot of institutes where you can study linux 3 or 4 per week like 70$ per month so there should be something like that there where you live
