Linux (Suse) application in server runs in windows is Active but not open

Hello,

I have a problem with a Linux(Suse) application (Atis) in server runs in windows not responding, it was opened though the admin(desktopmanager) program but didn’t not show the application window. I can’t stop the administrative program(: it asks to close Atis) nor close this application.

How can I get it back to normal mode?

Thank you.

console
ps ax | grep atis
kill pid

console
killall atis

these should kill your app, and then you can close the admin window.
