linux slackware 9.1
 

I just installed slackware 9.1 on my system and when I get to darkstar login first it asks for a user I have not specified any users when I installed slackware and than it asks for the password, I never specified a password during the installation. I just do hit the enter button for login and for the password and than I get the error message that login is incorrect. How can I correct this?

login will be "root", if you didn't set a root password during the installation then I guess you can just press enter again, although you really should set a root password. :P Then make a new user for yourself and set a password for it with the adduser command.
