how to manage service on ubuntu

i don't know how to enable daytime service

is there has specific application?

To enable/disable a demon (service) in Ubuntu open Dash and type

I have NO idea what that is , but with it being October .A guess
" Daylight savings time "

that is not a service
that is set by the time server you use and the settings you are using

Is the daytime sevice you had asked for actually the daytime server?
