is there any linux where setting up internet is easy as in windows.....

If you are talking about normal wired internet, then it really makes no difference. For wireless, some versions (distributions)are a bit friendlier but--even in this case--it is not a major discriminator.
Personally, I would choose a distro for a lot of other reasons.

Tell us more about what you have used / tried, and what kinds of issues you have had.

short answer: knoppix, slax

Long answer:
any live cd, assuming it supports your hardware, which typically it would.
Strictly, you do nothing in Knoppix and "It just works"
Slax and puppy need a few clicks of the mouse and require reading of 2-3 sentences in plain English.
