Ok, when ever i start up my linux computer, i get the follwing message
ls: error while loading shared libraries: ls: unsupported version 28 of Verneed record
and i can not do the
commands in termianl or i get the same message.
And when i login and go to internet it says it cant find the host. But when i go to network setings it shows that its disabled. i go to edit and it say start this device when computer starts its checked off.
Atuomaticly obtain IP address setting with dhcp.
should it be with bootp
i have a linksys non wireless router.
I dont know what is happing.

random problems

I've had problems similar to those, where my network wouldn't start. It was due to a partial-install of linux. I ignored some errors while I was installing and things worked great for weeks but then I started having problem. You may want to re-install or make sure you installed it right. Also when you post, include your linux distribution and versions, that will help a lot.

You don't need to use bootp, its for booting off the router and I don't think you're doing that
