I need a Linux OS that will work with my graphics card, and system.
VGA compatible controller Intel Corporation 82865G Integrated Graphics Controller\
Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 2.53GHz
I think it is around 108GB for hard drive space and 2GB Ram

In general if one linux distro is happy with your hardware then just about any distro will be happy. I'd suggest you burn some live CD's of a few distros and try them out. You'll see straight away if they are happy with your hardware and you can pick out the one that suits you best for installation. You can find the live CD's on Distrowatch http://distrowatch.com/.

I thought I had found one that liked my system but everytime I tried to run any wine games it gave me a intel_do_flush_locked failed: Input/output error. No one seems able to help me with this error and I want to play some of my old games, and yes they are listed on winehq.

Sorry the only wine I know anything about is the liquid kind. Since you give absolutely no details about the nature of your problem, you are unlikely to find any solution. If you expect any help you'd better provide all the relevant details.

if you need to play Microsoft ONLY games
then play them on a Microsoft Operating system

as for the Microsoft emulator "wine"
it uses opengl2.2 and up to SIMULATE MS's direct X

this requires a full 3d card and not a built in Intel "chip"
Nvidia preferred over ATI

You could use the one of the following utilities to download if using MS Windows;

Be sure to check the md5sum after download of ISO image then you can use imgburn to burn that ISO image;
