Hi There, I own and operate a Computer company here in Sydney and have just moved over to Linspire 5.0 Debian Distro and would like some advice on how to install a program called BitDefender Antivirus-7.0.1-3.linux-gcc29x.i586/ and would like to know the command line to install?

That depends on how you obtain the app -- what you mention looks like a directory, not like a file. Maybe you want to read the corresponding help page at Linspire.com:
