all? why? there are plenty of lists of programs if you google for them.

Hello Acid!

This was just and idea that '' Research Work on Linux Bandwidth Management would be quiet easy for those who want to test more Linux TC applications to see wich one set on is right to fullfil their needs and operating capabilities.''

I think this would be very helping for newbie server operaters like me.

Here is one free Bandwidth Shapper OS,ISO file.
have only one limitation you can shape bnadwidth up to 2Mbit.
good for SMB networks.
