Linux Mint 19


Mint 19 is I believe due at the end of June but does anyone know will I be able to upgrade from 18.3 via the update manager or will it require a fresh install.

Yes, you will be able to do an in-situ upgrade. Instructions will appear on the Linux Mint blog with details on how to do so.
